Adidas’ customer service and exchange process has been extremely disappointing. I initiated an exchange nearly a month ago and have now been waiting over three weeks for a replacement pair of shoes, with no clear timeline or sense of urgency from the company. I don’t understand why a simple mail-in exchange should take this long, especially for a brand of this size and reputation. The lack of efficiency and transparency in the process is frustrating, and the delays have left me without the product I already paid for. This has been one of the worst exchange experiences I’ve encountered. Adidas seriously needs to reevaluate how they handle mail-in exchanges, because this process is far from customer-friendly. I expect better communication, faster turnaround times, and a system that doesn’t leave customers waiting indefinitely.
