Usually my 5'3" 140 frame would be a size Medium but I fit in the Small much better. I used the size calculator to double check but overall I was going based off of memory when I wore bigger sizes. The length is perfect even when I bend my knees there is no rise. The material is thick and keeps you regulated but it's not for below 50 without something underneath.
