I’ve used mine for cardio, pilates HIIT and 5k runs. I love it. I should’ve bought my suggested size, but was worried the fabric would be too tight. This is not like adidas usual thicker fabric, but a thinner mixed cotton that has less restriction and allows you to size down. I kept me warm enough on a 48 degree run and cool 75 degrees plus HIIT class.
