Wide-fit training shoes with dual-density cushioning.
These adidas training shoes move seamlessly from the weight room to the street. A dual-density midsole with REPETITOR foam provides a stiffer feel in the heel for added stability during lifts. The Cordura® nylon upper offers flexibility and durability. A Traxion outsole grips the ground for quick cuts and sprints.

Great light weight training shoes.
Sole isn’t as stiff as other training shoes, not saying that’s a good or a bad thing

Amazing Training Shoe!
The shoes fit perfectly size wise. Very wide toe box. Super lightweight and minimal. The sole was very grippy and cushioning was better than expected. Perfect for weight training!

Very cool strength training shoe.
Cloud White / Core Black / Lucid Red
Ideal for strength training with a stable platform, a little cushion up front and flexible sole, but a dense heel; perfect for compound lifts, machines, box jumps, sled work, stationary bike (with flat pedals.) Enough drop (6mm) and stability for squats, heavy leg or overhead movements. I had been mostly using barefoot shoes (Vivos) for the gym, but prefer these for most of my gym work now. Much better than any runners and much cooler than other stylized gym trainer models, with that classic understated Adidas look. And with the various discounts available, they can be had for a steal. Though if I'm running on the treadmill I'll bring a pair of running shoes to switch into for it; these are definitely not recommended for anything but a very short warm-up or cool-down jog. And I don't do metcon type workouts or classes, but I'd imagine they are suboptimal for those.
