Terrible quality. I wouldn't recommend it, I had to return it immediately. The "grip that was advertised is not at true, and not suitable for yoga, my hands slipped, and if you do any bare feet exercise, there is a danger you might injure yourself!! I would never use this mat without sports shoes! Buyers beware! I mean, I love Adidas, but this???
