Big fan of the flatter styles with the rubber toe cap. I struggle with width in Adidas as the styles I like tend to be on the slim side with a compact profile . This shoe fits just about right , there is no obvious flipper shape when I have them on . They are snug not tight , again this is as I expect from this shape of Adidas shoe . The colours are great and compliment well , I like the contrast of black sole with white toe cap . I prefer this style of sole over the gum colour soles of the modern Sambas . The off white and muted red work well , not to bright , understated working well with most jeans and some of my cargo or Chino style trousers . The quality is as I expect from Adidas no obvious glue overspill , stitching uniform and well placed . Overall these trainers fit well into my collection, the lighter colour and areas of suede mean they might not get a lot of outings over the winter months , that said I wore them today , a dry mid October day with a bit of sunshine , they managed to make it home unscathed . I purchased these on a whim as they popped up on a notification with a price reduction . I consider these trainers to be an absolute bargain .
