I love the look and the feel of this shoe. It's basically like wearing socks but with support! Try it first though to get the best fit. I had to go up by half a size, and potentially can even go up a full size, but I think with time, the leather may stretch so I worry it may be too loose if I go a full size up. At present, it's like a cushiony wrap fit but not tight. If you like more room for your toes, you might have to go a full size up.
