WHY YOGA?
“Yoga teaches me about impermanence of things, and how I will get a new moment. The one I’m in will not last. A mantra to remind me of this is: “Now, it’s like this”
HOW DO YOU STAY MOTIVATED?
“The hardest thing for me is to get off the couch and go to the gym. So, I say ‘just a little every day.’ Once I’m there, I can listen to my body and give it what it needs that day.”

HOW DO YOU WORK IT YOUR WAY?
“I love practicing yoga outside because it connects me to the greater web of life. Being barefoot on the land and actually saluting the sun is a game changer!”
THOUGHTS ON THE OUTFIT?
“I love the fit, and the rise is perfect because it doesn’t cut into the belly in forward fold. It’s a simple design, with flat seems, which is helpful for sequences that are lying down.”
