Placing an order

It is only possible to order your adidas products from us by using the checkout feature of shop.adidas.co.uk. Please click here to learn how to do this.


Once you've placed an order with us, you can view your most recent order in the order confirmation e-mail you received. If you've saved your information and opened an account at shop.adidas.co.uk, you can view all of the past adidas orders you've placed on that account.


Access your full Order History by clicking on My Account and entering your username and password. If you want to learn how to sign up for an account, click here.

Cancelling your order

Once your order is placed it is immediately in our system and cannot be changed. Although you can't change your order once it is placed, you can return any product using our Return Policy.
To place a new order you can do so online or by contacting our online shop customer service team (free of charge) using the contact information available to the left of this FAQ.

Sale/ Clearance

On shop.adidas.co.uk you may also find products from previous seasons which are offered at a reduced price. Those products are of high-quality and are not B-stock. At any time, the products offered at a reduced price from previous seasons can be offered within a sale or clearance event. Promotion codes do not apply to sale products.

Promotion codes

Promotion codes do not apply to sale products. If you return an order where a promotion code has been used, the value of the code will not be refunded. Promotion codes are only valid within a certain time.
